The law states that a minor cannot enter into a contract. It is therefore unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Cyclebuzz.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Cyclebuzz does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Cyclebuzz does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

Cyclebuzz reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it.

Payment

No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All Pricing on cyclebuzz.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

Cyclebuzz.com.au accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit or EFT. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. A flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies to each order regardless of item sizes or quantities.

Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Out of stock items

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being ordered by Cyclebuzz you may place your order on back order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Cyclebuzz.

Exchanges

Cyclebuzz has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of exchange items. Cyclebuzz does not provide cash refunds on exchange items but will happily credit your account with bonus buzz points to use as a credit for a purchase at a later date.

Return of Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. We ask that you kindly return the goods with labels and packaging included. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of damaged items. Cyclebuzz will replace faulty items on approval of fault.

No shipping will be charged on replacement of damaged items.

If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.

Return of Faulty Goods

All products sold by Cyclebuzz are quality brands that are respected in our industry. Most of these items are are covered by a warranty offered by the Manufacturer (eg. Giant, Shimano, etc). If a product appears to be faulty, and the purchase date falls within the time frame outlined by the Manufacturer's warranty period, then you should contact Cyclebuzz immediately for information on how to process a warranty claim with that particular Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.

The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of faulty items back to Cyclebuzz, or to directly to the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.

The decision to repair, replace, or refuse a claim is made by the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor only.

If the claim is refused due to any reasons given by the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor, the customer will be notified and will be responsible for delivery charges of the product if the customer wants it returned.

If the claim is approved for repair or replacement, no shipping will be charged on final delivery to the customer. This cost will covered by Cyclebuzz to assist our customers.

Please note that Cyclebuzz will do everything in our power to assist you in processing the claim with the Manufacturer's Australian Distributor.
