What are buzz points?
If you enjoy shopping with us online and often come back to buy more we wanted to reward you and say a big thank you!
That's why we created the buzz points loyalty program, and once you've registered once as a Cyclebuzz member it's all automatic!
Buzz points are simply loyalty points rewarded to you each time you make a purchase. When you log in to your account you can view your points and easily redeem them at the checkout against purchases.
How to earn buzz points?
It's really easy, simply login to Cyclebuzz and make a purchase. Once your order is confirmed, buzz loyalty points will be automatically added to your membership for the next time you login.
That's all there is to it... we like to keep things nice and simple!

You get 1 point for every $10 you spend
When you spend...
$10 = 1 buzz point
$20 = 2 buzz points
$30 = 3 buzz points
$100 = 10 buzz points
How you'll save when you redeem your points...
1 buzz point = $1 dollar
10 buzz points = $10 dollars

Conditions of Use:
Buzz points can not be redeemed against postage or anything other than product items.
Buzz points earned on an order will only be processed and rewarded once the order payment and delivery has been confirmed. This can take up to a week or longer in some cases, therefore buzz points can not be redeemed in the days immediately following an order.
If a product is returned to Cyclebuzz for a refund, buzz points will be retracted also. If the buzz points have already been spent and can not be retracted than Cyclebuzz will refund an adjusted amount.
If a product is returned to Cyclebuzz for an exchange, buzz points will be issued to the customer's membership to redeem on their next purchase.
Cyclebuzz reserves the right to adjust buzz points on a membership if fraudulent ordering is suspected.
